Moving folders in Mail

Good evening,

I've looked arond and cannot figure out how to move a mailbox in Mail.
In the "On my Mac" folder I have an Import folder that contains all of  
the mailboxes that I imported from Windows.  I would like to move  
these folders so that they are directly in the "On my Mac" folder and  
then I would like to remove the Import folder.
