It does not have to distort the visual image at all. I think a braille input method would be good but an alternative method would also have to be available as not many folk use/know braille. I'm thinking speech recognition could come in here and as for the dynamic stuff, we could have a talking interface that would allow its self to be touched without reacting and provide help text. It can be done folk.
