I meant any FOSS (or an openoffice tool) accountancy programs, that you might know of, except GnuCash.

you can't compare, those are programs for different purposes:
- FileZilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/) is a FTP client (something comparable with Cute FTP) - is used to download/upload files from/to internet;
- WinZip is an archiver, something comparable in FLOSS with 7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/), is used to reduce the file size for storage or transfer.
PS: WinZip is *not* produced by Microsoft, so it's name is simply 'WinZip', without 'MS'
