They recommend the use of a DownLoad Manager. I reviewed some, and, decided that for me the best was LeechGet. I tested it out. You can start a download, put it in background, do something else bur slowly, pause it, then do something, even turn it off for the night and start it up the next day. It took me about 4 days to download OOO.o in that manner.
