if this is removed only from options dialog, users who want this feature can enable it in configuration files. if this is the case, then issue 41136 actually is not a duplicate to another issue which merely deals with shortcut addition.
The setting is not removed from the configuration database (obviously because it was forgotten to do that), but it is no longer evaluated in the code.
so in this case a feature was removed. not only a setting in options, a feature itself.
maybe owner of issue 41136 could reopen it, because in this case it is a valid issue
