I copied and pasted the links from my browser. The correct pages are displayed, except ....
the second direct link needs "gimp/" added to the end: http://www.linuxchix.org/content/courses/gimp/
But if you interested in participating in the course, it would be better to subscribe to: http://www.linuxchix.org/mailman/listinfo/courses and remember to set your topic to "GIMP beginners" using the subscription options otherwise you will receive mail for the other courses that are running.
It works just fine with the www's.
