Wizard. To quote a usability book I'm reading "it doesn't matter how many times I have to click as long as each click is dead simple". Another way this author phrased it is that three clicks that require no thought is worth one that requires thinking. Reducing the number of screens is not all that important. But making each decision trivial is.
