Once you do the Feedburner thing, it shouldn't be a problem. Feddburner takes your Atom feed and republishes it as RSS. I don't know what the technical details are, and all the options at Feedburner confuse me, but the functionality you need is there. Michael Meeks maintains the Ximian Planet pages and should be able to help you out with any of the wiggly bits.
