I would suggest avoiding _any_ templates that might have originated on
_any_ website that microsoft can claim "ownership" of. [That includes
the one's at HP.]

Create  _original_ templates, based upon the idea that a template is
needed for function "x".

O'Reilly's is orientated towards writing about computer stuff.  For
that type of writing, it is good. [Wondering what happened to their
OOo template.]

and other things, by _all_ of the NLC projects listed in one place.
