I don't think I would want OO.o Quickstart loaded with no (easy) way to 
unload it.  I run on a rather slow 98SE box and find I have to unload it 
when programs (such as McAfee's auto update) want to start up IE, or 
they will never start.  (Perhaps this is a problem I should report as an 
issue?)
