Dear open Office,

Great product as a new user.

Can you tell me if there is a file that allows me to print names and
addresses onto envelops.

Microsoft word has this facility under tools and I found it most
useful. I went to tools with our program and could not see it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Kind regards Mike

Yes there is. Use Insert > Envelope. Different from Word, so takes a bit of getting used to. You need to copy the address to the clipboard before you leave the document and copy it into the address pane. Also, you have to do New Document and the envelope appears as a document. This is useful as you can then adjust font, etc before you print, if you need to. You then print this document. Can I also suggest you upgrade OO.o if you have a version less than 1.1.3.
