I'm searching for a workaround to IZ#41239 ( http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=41239 ) so that I can still use Base without restarting Base every 5 min.
Also, please vote or do whatever else will help get this fixed. I've submitted as much info as I can to help figure out the issue, but I'm currently devoting my efforts to Silver Onion and don't want to start sifting through other code to find this bug at this time. If there isn't a good workaround (like say a manual reconnect. Perhaps manual reconnect should be a RFE?) then I'll end up having to work in another app for the time being.
