I think he means that I use the font, /Peter's Wicked Cool Font/, and then try to pass the document to you, in Word (I don't know if this is true, but I will assume it is) you would be able to read my document in the font I intended even if you don't have that font installed on your computer. a) The document includes the entire font. b) The document has the name of the font. c) Something else.

To Adrian -- I think if you export as PDF you can avoid this problem (at least visually) although you can't edit the file.
