I agree with that sentiment. OOo is very resistant to new volunteers. I 
have met much of that resistance myself.

May I ask what that road block was?  Would you still be willing to try the 
Sets project?  I think that it would be valuable, especially now that OOo 
is switching to native installers.  I can't promise to work much on the 
project, but I'll try to help.
