This is one of the core rpoblems. If OOo is to be successful as an open
source project it will be the first whose most frequent users are not
themselves developers. I don't know what the answer to this problem is over
the whole project. I know bits where communication works -- the database
project is an excellent example -- and bits where it doesn't seem to. It's
not clear if there is any comon reason for success or failure. Does anyone
have ideas?
