If OOo is to be successful as an open source project it will be the first whose most frequent users are not themselves developers. I don't know what the answer to this problem is over the whole project. I know bits where communication works -- the database project is an excellent example -- and bits where it doesn't seem to. It's not clear if there is any comon reason for success or failure. Does anyone have ideas? -- Andrew Brown The email in the header does not work.
