I mean taking an entry in the startup menu for new documents, or templates, and
holding down something like alt, or ctrl key, and dragging that particular
entry up or down in the list.

That way if a person uses a Text Document more often, they can just put it at
the top or the bottom, or wherever they find it personaly aestheticaly most
accessible.
