At some stage I intend to write a macro to take the information that is in the wiki to create a Writer document from which a pdf could be created. This way we have the best of both worlds. The speed and flexibility of change that a wiki provides, and a book format for those that prefer either reading from paper or "sequential linear learning". But, for it to be worth my while to write such a macro the wiki would need to be successful. To me success is that many people are using the wiki including contributing to it.
