Actualy the 1 KB update has two purposes. The first one is to bind MSN
messenger into the MSN explorer so that it must communicated directly through
the internal Internet Explorer proxies, thereby closing direct contact that
could cause security holes.

The second is to tie MSN Explorer into the startup process of windows. MSN
messenger module #281 will always start with windows. I don't know why but it
does, so MSN Explorer could have assumed that it was supposed to start too.

Th-th-th-thats! all folks!!
