I personally do not believe it will happen.  I do not care if this
happens either.  Extremely low risk of happening and no bad consequences
because we have the code base.

This is a significant issue, have you written to your government about
this.

Again I believe that this is a small risk.  This is regardless of
whether Sun is with or against us.  If we do have patent problems we
will disable the feature until a work around can be located.
