It depends on what you mean. You can encrypt the macro source code (and
so protect it with a password), the generated byte code will stay
unencrypted and theoretically could be reengineered.

This kind of functionality can be done as usual. I know a commercial
Add-On with a 30 days trial period. There is no need to provide such
funtionality inside the OOo code base.
