I don't understand your Work Chapters suggestion but I can tell you that you
can already create a word processor in a spreadsheet by simply inserting an
openoffice Writer document directly into the spreadhseet using the insert
object option from the insert menu.

You can also merge cells for a space to type, or create a new text box for
text, and then put it anywhere in the spreadhseet.
