Yes I Know about the advantage of Paste Special "function", but in this case is 
necesary to copy a range or cell to convert it to values.

In the last week, I was working in many accounting operations and really, saw 
that, a function "convert to value", can be very usefull, for habitual and 
common operations, that not include the more sofisticated isues like copy and 
paste special. Just press right button and convert this cell (or selected ones) 
in values. (ideas for loose people :-))
