I have the same problem, but unfortunately no solution. However, I'd
like to remind to all macro contributors that this is *EXACTLY* one of
the cases where native Linux packages are muuuuch better, so it would
be great if they also made available their code as discussed in the
thread "On the acceptance of an OO.o extension installer"
