If I'm looking for help on OpenOffice, but I don't desire to go
through the process of loading Writer, or Calc, I may want to access
the help for those from the startup menu.

I may also want to alter options in context for any of the OOo
components from the quickstarter. This would allow me to alter the way
the program behaves, by changing settings in context to the specific
OOo component.

Lastly. I didn't imply your inability to do anything. I pointed out a
broad possibility that people in general may have difficulty stepping
out of their circumstances.

And as for not caring, I suppose that's just the stance you take.
Dis-interest has a habit of forming mis-understanding on a subject,
and that's okay too.
