I don't know how to answer your question, but I can think of a few
places where you might ask. The "discuss" list you just email doesn't
have many developers. A better place to ask would be:

(lots of developers there, they know about the OOo API).
* [email protected]
(general developers list)
* [email protected]
(good place for XML questions)
