[discuss] Error Reporting

Twice my laptop has shut-down unexpectedly with an unsaved OO.o 2.0 doc open in 
the background.  Both times the program recovered the document and I was 
prompted to report it as a problem.  However, both times the reporting utility 
failed, prompting the MS reporting utility to report that problem to Microsoft.
Thought the info might be of benefit.
