When I fax, I normally convert my swx file to pdf, but today I forgot to do that. I was surprised when my fax failed to go through because Faxaway does not support swx files. Its not a big problem, but it seems like an unnecessary marketing barrier for OpenOffice.

Thanks for bringing this up. Would you be able to ask Faxaway to add the OOo file format to their possible formats and then report back what they say.

OOo uses the Oasis file format for which information can be found at:
