The dictionary has been up for a couple of years: http://ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/dictionaries/ia.zip You'll have to link it to some language that you do not expect to use (for me Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc., difficult langs for me).
