<your profile>\Application Data\OpenOffice.org1.9.113\user

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\
Note that some of these directory names may be localized and that
'Application Data' is a hidden directory, which the explorer may not show..
On unixish systems $(user) is
$HOME/.openoffice.org1.9.113/user
Note that .openoffice.org1.9.113 is a hidden directory, which file
managers or 'ls' may not show.
