Hey, man! I had no idea about the FontOOo! That takes one problem right
out. the INL may soon be switching to OO.o! that'd be so awesome! I
contacted my supervisor to point out FontOOo. I sent on a few more tidbits
about features, also. If some money was put down, could you distribute
some of those fonts that are illegal to distribute free? Like if somebody
paid for that, a lump sum to buy the rights for it? just a thought...I've
actually converted a few people to OO.o. I just got several co-workers
hooked on it, and I'm going to mention it to my friends. In fact, when
OO.o 2 comes out in full, I will convert my computer entirely to
OpenOffice 2. Thank you for responding. wow, I didn't expect anybody to
respond. That's really cool, especially since it was in under a few hours.
I am again totally impressed. Whoever had the idea for OpenOffice was very
smart. I think that it is the best project ever tackled. It includes an
enormous global population, and a very large group of contributors. It's
very impressive. See if http://thesaurus.reference.com/ would allow OO.o
to use it's thesaurus. OO.o's thesaurus is already pretty good. If it got
the thesaurus from there, though, it would be unrivaled.
