[discuss] Template Directories Issue

As far as I can tell (version 1.1.4) custom templates must be stored in the 
template directories that reside beneath the program installation 
folder.  It would be much better if the user could define where their 
custom templates are located.  Custom templates are the kind of files that 
are important to backup and it is difficult to do this if you can't control 
where they are stored.  They are also files that you wouldn't want deleted 
during an uninstall, and I assume these directories are removed during an 
uninstall.

That said, I love OpenOffice.  Great job!
