Hello David,
Go to the folder where you installed OpenOffice.org and go to the
"program" folder. It's probably something like:
C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org\folder
There is a "setup" program there. Run it. This setup program lets you
modify or remove OpenOffice.org.
FYI: The next major version of OOo, version 2.0 (due outsoon), does have
the Install/Uninstall thing. It's also a good improvement over the
current version, and I'd encourage you to try it.
