False. Among other things, you probably also need to learn how to
count. Not how many messages everybody has sent, but how many people
think that now things are broken and that there is nothing wrong with
my proposal. You will find that I'm certainly not alone.

False again. I have already started to look into procmail myself and
ask support to who is much more expert than me:

I have asked to CPH to *join* me in this. Since it should eventually run
on his machine, it is better if we start testing and checking with
that setup. This is why I offered him my support, and why I asked him
to subscribe to the procmail list. Not to do it for me, but to do it
together. I didn't say "let's subscribe together" because I already
was.
