there shouldn't be a difference where the document came from - oo.org
anyway imports it to internal structures.
document complexity is important, of course.
700mhz should be more than enough for even much longer documents, but
another aspect is a lot more important - amount of ram.
what operating system & windowing environment are you running, how many
ram does the machine have and how many free ram is there when the
document is open ?
which oo.org version do you have ?
