Actually this used to be when you installed OOo it will ask you to import
your contact list, if it was in Linux it will include the Mozilla Address
book, Evolution and KMail.

For some reason they stop doing that and they move it to a Wizard. File >
Wizards > AddressBook Datasource Wizard

On windows enviroment Outlook is shown as an option to import the data.
After doing that you will have your datasource in a dbf but it also ask you
to set up which database to hold the datasource since 2.0 is comptabile to
Access it might be possible to select that as a datasource through a ODBC
connection.

I do suggest however to choose a different database like MySQL or HSQL.
