I wonder if you talk about hyperlinks as opposed to bookmarks. Hyperlinks means that are links to other parts of the document. If you mean hyper links you can disable them by right clicking on the hyperlink word or moving wiht the arrow keys to get to the word. Then go to the upper menu on Insert and choose hyperlink and delete the link.
