Okay, this information was not helpful at all. I will remove the
program & go with something more user friendly/reliabile. Please remove
me from any email subsriptions, I don't have time to hunt down the
answers thru your chat rooms. Thanks for the customer service.
The point of that message you received was that, not being subscribed to
the mailing list, you might miss some answers directed only to that
list, such as this one that provided the solution to your problem and
was sent yesterday:
