Your English is streets ahead of my Italian - no worries there. Normally when you install a new version in a mutli user environment (eg, *nix & winxp, etc...) OOo normally asks if you want to use the older version settings. I think however that since there was a lot of difference between 1.1.X and 2.0Beta versions that this probably would not have worked anyway.
