I cannot print #10 envelopes properly from my windows xp pro computer on my hp Laser Jet 3015 (it shows as hp 3015 Laser Jet PCL 6 on my Printers and Faxes screen.)
No matter how I set preferences, it prints in “portrait” mode, resulting in the return address printing in a inappropriate spot and the address being altogether missing. As a work-around, I can Export Directly as pdf by use of the top tool bar icon and use the saved pdf file to print the envelope correctly. Not practical, I believe, for mailings from a data base. I think this may be a device driver problem, but don't know where, except here, to ask about it. If there is a place I should have posted this instead of here, please point me to it, I know just enough about these things to get myself into trouble.
