As you see I leads OOo Bulgarian, so in the project (bg.openoffice.org) I can create forums, they are here: http://bg.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectForumView, But if you not register to OOo nad loged in, you can't see them.So, if there are some option, like a checkbox to make some of them public that not registered people to read them will be fine.
