As you may know, TheOpenCD provide a PNG version of the library.
Another 3-rd party, http://epscliparts.sourceforge.net provide the images in EPS format for easy inclusion on OOo. Not last, there is work as Novell to integrate the clipart library (in PNG format for now) into their version of OOo.

Do you remember when Daniel Carrera tried to assemble an "extras" package for OOo containing clipart and photos? (if not, see the archives of this list)
