Do you mean a Writer/Web users _mailing list_ or a users _manual_? For the first, I would recommend contacting people also at [EMAIL PROTECTED] You might find other people who are interested in joining you. In any case, that's where help is available for those little or large problems which come up while using OO.org. About manuals: None yet, afraid. I am not in a position here to decide things, but I can remember that there had been discussions about dividing the much frequented [email protected] mailing list into "special branches". Which weren't successful.
