I *do* know what to do with the info... I was asking here, in case
someone had already done the work, and had a ready answer. Further, if I
have the problem, then so does everyone else running OpenOffice.org,
instead of M$ Office.

I'm just saying there is very little I can do at this point but offer
moral support. Looking at the hex would be of no value. About all I can
do is provide 100% genuine MSWord files for someone to look at.
