Propose a solution that is likely to be workable rather than just
highlighting the problem since this has been debated endlessly and won't
get anywhere by just debating it further.
Sure Chad is annoying but even in his own way he brings issues to the
front.
He does not need to do it by calling people morons and generally acting
in an anti-social way. I think there are plenty of people who have
raised most of these issues in a polite way well before Mr Smith even
joined the lists.
If you don't like Chad's comments, then filter them.
I think most of us have but without putting a general filter on
everything that contains Chad or Smith, we still get noise from the
peripheral replies to him. Like this. Ok, I'm contributing to it too but
only because I hope good sense will prevail and post about him can be
reduced to an absolute minimum or moved to social.

I work with "Chad's" all the time so I am used to it. Maybe I am just
more tolerant. I have to teach my daughter that the world is filled
with fools that don't like being proven they are wrong. There are
also the ones that are partially correct but think they are totally
correct. It is impossible to change these people.
I don't agree that he doesn't offer some suggestions because I have
followed some of the links he has provided. I use the one for the
video of new MSO front end as an example.
I actually find it strange that I am defending him some times.
