I hear you there. Unfortunately, my company is just starting up, and the only resource is going to be me for some time I suspect. I can do a little requirements analysis, OO design and Java programming or even project management if needed. My other up-to-date skills are more in the web apps area (Zope, Python, etc.) and sys admin (Linux).
