Crossover Office, WINE, Win4Lin..... If there is an office for anything other than Windows, it's not tied to the Windows platform. And it's not like LInux is more popular than Mac. Mac has a bigger market share than all the Linux, Unix, BSD stuff combined (and yes, I know Mac is Unix based, but taken on it's own, it is far more popular than Linux as a desktop platform). So with Windows and Mac, MSO runs on well over 95% of all desktops and laptops. Take Windows out of the equation, by just running on Mac OS X (and it also did/does on Mac OS 9, which is a completely different OS), Microsoft Office runs on over 50% of all remaining desktops and laptops. Wake me up when OpenOffice.org runs natively on Mac OS X. (Not NeoOffice, OpenOffice.org) -- - Chad Smith http://www.gimpshop.net/ Because everyone loves free software!
