As I said, I'm willing to give 'em the benifit of the doubt. For
example, I got an email from someone on the list who was an older
person, and I assume that they didn't know, just as I assume my
elderly-but-hale mother-in-law doesn't know....
Perhaps the welcome-to-the-list message (hello? listowner?) could make a
point of that.
