One of the commands that I often use in Micro$oft Excel is 'Insert Into'. I cut rows of data out of my spreadsheet, and I want to insert them into a new row on the spreadsheet. Using Calc, I've found I have to cut the data, insert a new row, paste the data into the new row, and them delete the old (now blank) row. Can you add an Insert Into command to Calc to make it easier to move rows in my spreadsheets? (for the time being) can you suggestion an alternative way to shuffle rows, using the existing commands in Calc?
You can use a macro that does these steps for you. But you're right, a more direct way to move rows is needed, and enhancement issue 7180 exists already for this.
