Lol. You thought I was joking; I'm not. First, there is in fact, or was, an active Klingon localisation project, composed of Qov, Qurgh, Benjamin Horst, Gerry Singleton, Christian Einfeldt, and many others. It died around 26 April of this year, when a yet to be explained and wholly mysterious power outage took down the database, corrupting work.
Second, there is a fairly vibrant Klingon community and veritable dictionary with associated language.
We initiated the idea of localising to Klingon to show how fun and easy it could be. Elvish was also considered, as were some other languages. Klingon is probably the most advanced, however, of the cinematic languages.
