Exactly, it's not illegal to drop a lawsuit, or bring one.  It's not illegal
to work out your differences outside of court.  Using words like "Henchmen"
doesn't make what you've described a crime.  In fact, Antel was the criminal
in this example.  They were using $100,000 of unlicensed software.  That's a
crime.  THe BSA was bringing them to justice.  Antel then made it right with
the people they had stolen from, and the case was dropped.


This is not a reason to despise Microsoft, rather it is a reason to use open

Seriously!  Thanks for the input CPH.

There's a whole lot of noise and traffic on these lists spent whining,
moaning, and crying about how evil Microsoft is.  And it has absolutely
nothing to do with making OOo a better piece of software, or making it look
better to the public.  It's just a bunch of conspiracy theory BS and I'm
sick of reading it.
