Exactly, it's not illegal to drop a lawsuit, or bring one. It's not illegal to work out your differences outside of court. Using words like "Henchmen" doesn't make what you've described a crime. In fact, Antel was the criminal in this example. They were using $100,000 of unlicensed software. That's a crime. THe BSA was bringing them to justice. Antel then made it right with the people they had stolen from, and the case was dropped.
